Jacqui was born and bred in Orange, NSW. As a child, Jacqui fell in love with dance and for many years studied contemporary, jazz and hip hop. Through her study, Jacqui learned that dance requires strength, flexibility and exquisite movement control. Jacqui was fascinated by the way the human body was able to develop the necessary strength and control to master complex dance moves. This interest in movement and coordination led Jacqui to complete her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at CSU (Orange) in 2016.
Following graduation, Jacqui worked at the Wellington Health Service for 14 months where she gained experience in orthopaedics, musculoskeletal injuries and designing group exercise interventions.
In addition to dance, Jacqui also enjoys touch football, AFL, netball, water skiing and camping. Jacqui is engaged to her partner Chris, and is the proud mother of a St Bernard fur baby, “Bundy”!
Jacqui will teach Pilates and is particularly interested in Women’s health and dance rehabilitation.
